About us

Bolen Poultry Farms are family owned and operated poultry facilities in partnership with Amick Farms for the production of hatching eggs.  The Williston Farm and the Salley Farm are both owned and operated by Gene and Kerri Bolen. The Blackville Farm is owned and operated by Cullen and Kristen Bolen. Cullen Bolen is also the Assistant Manager of the Williston and Salley Farms.

Employment

Applicants must have reliable transportation and a good contact number for call ins and emergencies. Punctuality is a must at a livestock facility like ours. Job responsibilities may include disposal of dead birds and clean up of manure. Employees must also be able to perform various tasks from operating the packing machine to routine maintenance. We operate seven days a week; days off alternate. Experience is not necessary, but preferred.  Employees may become eligible for bonuses from Amick based on performance.

Our poultry facilities are contracted through Amick Farms. We provide eggs to Amick for hatching.
